What we collect

When you ask for a quote on this site, we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number and email address, the type of job, and anything you tell us about the room, size or timing. If you call, email or message us, we receive whatever you send that way.

What we use it for

Only to reply to you, arrange a site visit, prepare your quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing. We use them because you've asked us for a quote, and once you book, because we need them to do the job.

Who sees it

Our team, and the service providers that run our email and enquiry systems, who handle it only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any job that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Ask us at any time and we'll delete anything we don't have to keep.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Get in touch using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We only use cookies if you say yes. If you press Accept on the cookie banner, Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID. They help us see how people use the site, and each lasts up to two years. Google may also set advertising measurement cookies so we can see which of our Google ads led to an enquiry. If you press Reject, none of these are set.

Your choice is remembered in your own browser so the banner doesn't keep coming back. Change your cookie choice at any time.

The map on our Areas page

The coverage map on our Areas We Cover page loads its code from unpkg.com and its map images from Esri. Like any website, those services receive your device's IP address when they send the files. They don't set cookies.
